There are no recordings.
Each session is live. The work continues between Thursdays through reflection, writing and trying things in practice.

A small room works because people are willing to take part.

- You are carrying responsibility and have reached a genuine decision point.
- You can attend the live Thursday sessions.
- You are willing to reflect, participate and do something between sessions.
- You are willing to say what is actually going on.

- You need recordings instead of live attendance.
- You want a taught course with fixed answers.
- You cannot make enough room for the six-week process.
- You are looking for therapy, crisis support or specialist clinical care.
What happens after you apply
You apply before you are asked to pay.
If Sean offers you a place, you receive a personal acceptance window and the £199 payment route. Payment is requested after acceptance.
